As a perspective buyer in the Oak Ridge Community, our Association requires additional information about you. Please fill out the following forms and send them to our Property Manager at the address listed in the form. Email or U.S Postal Mail is acceptable. All forms must be signed.
- If you intend to make changes to the exterior of your your home complete the Modifications Form
- If you need new gate remotes, request entry gate remotes
- Information about you and who will be living in Oak Ridge can be submitted with the Sale/Lease Information Form
- If you need to provide new or updated contact information fill out the Owner Update Form
- General acceptance information for new owners can be submitted through the Disclosure Summary Form
